For some ridiculous reason, I’m opening for Shed tonight at Middlesex Lounge in Cambridge, MA. It’s his first ever performance in the U.S. and Make It New events always have a great vibe. So if you’re in the Boston/Cambridge area and you’re the type who parties on Thursday nights, come on down for a little untz untz. I’ll be the one trying not to wet his pants in the DJ booth from 9-10 pm and 10:45-11:30 pm. Shed will be on from Midnight to 2am. Hope to see some of you there!

Well done boy! (Hope you’ve been practicing). 😉
Yeah, congrats on the gig, Will! Wish I could be there!
Very cool!
“Will Lynch Opening For Shed”
nice one. good luck and have fun. would love to see him play. is he on tour through the US? if so, any idea on dates?
that’s a pretty amazing thing! congratulations.
i’m really looking forward to his gig in manchester in november…the round trip will be worth it for sure.
let us know how it went (is going?)
He’s also playing The Bunker NYC on the 26th.
What a great party! The guests get better and better and the residents and vibe are already great. Looking forward to this one in….let’s see, an hour and a half.
Damn my underageness. Here’s to hoping that the Bunker will release a Shed podcast…
Good on yer, Will! I’m giving you good vibes from about 200 miles or so away *sends you good vibes*.
“let us know how it went (is going?)”
yeah live blog you pissing your pants !
so…how was it? we have him here tonight at bunker, so i’m quite curious what treats i’m in for.
ok it was fucking sick. despite being in a small/ not that loud place, he plaid berghain style shit with all the dubbiness one would hope for. will get into it more later but am hung over and in the office at the moment.
dude, todd, no-one wants to actually read about that shit.
congratulations will. what did you play?!
bruno pronsato’s new one, ‘dim dim’ by sis, ‘trapped house’ by seuil, ‘contemporary box’ by christian burkhardt, new kate simko, new petre inspirescu, minimono, ‘electricity’ by brandon moeller, which i heard about here (and got a nice comment on later in the night). overall, could have been a lot better, I really over intellectualized and overrehearsed the whole thing out of nervousness.
Shed was amazing though, as I said. It was really inspiring for me to see relatively straight laced young professionals and MIT students respond so positively to murky berghain shit… nice to know that stuff can work on an average sound system at a reasonable hour of the night, so long as it’s dj’d well. then again, I heard through the grapevine that his performance at bunker didn’t go over as well…
